Swimmin’

Went swimming last night in the lake after I got home from work. It was a little chilly at first, but after a few minutes I was used to the water and was happily floating on my lounge raft thingy, staring down through the perfectly clear water at cute little fishies. Mike and Ampersand went too (although only one of them actually went swimming) and Ampersand swam out to me and when I grabbed his leash he pulled me back to shore! He’s a rescue dog. We also discovered that dogs fetching fun noodles are pretty comical looking.

Ahh, summer.
