da House update

I’m so excited about our house and all the progress that’s been taking place, yet somehow I keep forgetting to take and post pictures of it regularly. I think it’s kind of like waiting for Christmas when you’re a kid - the waiting is so hard to stand that you have to not think about it too much or it’s almost painful to aniticipate something so wonderful for too long. At this point the whole front of the house is shingled, electrical and plumbing are done, insulation is 3/4 done, and tomorrow the drywall gets dropped off. We’ve ordered our flooring from Builddirect.com (i’ll have to ask mike again how to do links, sigh… so I can show everyone what we’re getting - “Rustic maple” laminate from Kronotex) and our cabinets from Ikea and both should be here next week sometime. Wow. Hope we’re ready.
