Merry…

Christmas! What a great time of year… for me Christmas has very little to do with the original version of it, and so much to do with family, friends, and thankfulness (like Mike said too :) It’s a time of tradition - including things like snowball fights, wrapping small presents in large unnecessary boxes or boxes that display a picture different from what’s actually contained inside, a tree decorated with care and the same decorations as the last many years. Although Mike and I have only had a tree for 3 years, so our ornaments are still rather new and history-less. Eating LOTS of food (of course). Tearing open gifts that took hours to wrap and making huge fields of crumpled paper, bows and ribbon. And so many more… and of course the most important, spending time with those you love, and giving gifts that show you care for them.

I am so thankful for Mike, and my parents and sisters, and the rest of my family near and far, and Mike’s parents and all of his family who have been so wonderful and become my family as well. And for my friends. And for Bonsai and Ampersand, cutest animals in the worlds.

Merry Christmas Everyone!
