Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells!

I was driving to my friend Katie’s house for a Body Shop party this afternoon, and when I was ten miles from home the drizzling rain of the day turned into huge, fluffy snowflakes swirling out of the sky. Beautiful, if ominous, and guaranteed to send all the drivers into a tizzy until they get their snow tires on. In the meantime most of them to drive like old, blind grannies even though the snow isn’t sticking to the road, and the rest will drive like speed crazed maniacs (mostly big SUV drivers in this category) as they recklessly pass said old, blind granny-type drivers because they need to get to work sometime this century.

I am not in the second category.

I drive a compact sedan.
